How pleasing. My love of bicycles and my appreciation for installation have joined forces. Ai Weiwei's "Forever Bicycle" is a collection of 1000 bicycles, mounted into this stunning, interlocking geometric structure. It kind of reminds me of structures of carbon molecules (geek alert). So simple but so powerful and dynamic.
If you happen to be anywhere near Taipei, this exhibition is currently on at Taipei Fine Arts museum until January 29th, 2012.
