make that studio mine.

My friend Caitlin (aka The Bowernest) and I have been talking about starting a craft club for the last few months. Finding a group of eager crafty participants was a breeze, but finding a suitable space to host these monthly meet ups has been a little more challenging.

As always, things got a little carried away and before I knew it, I was bookmarking local studio spaces needing full time occupants. I started imagining large scale textile screen printing sessions and conversations beside the kitchenette discussing our Craft Club book launch. (There may or may not have been high fives involved). 

That was until that annoying little dude called "reality" rudely reminded me that I am not, in fact, made of money and the dream of having our own studio plummeted to its end. Alas, Craft Club is back on hold.

If you are so fortunate to be searching for a space, these were some of my favourites. Or, if you have any affordable venue ideas, please let me know and I will be forever grateful.
